We understand that purchasing a home site is a big decision.The brochures truly don’t do our home sites justice.You have to see it to believe it! We know that when you see our home sites you will fall in love with them and never want to leave.We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In order to do this, you have to visit the properties and see them in person. If you find that the home sites or the area are not for you, that is no problem! the trip is still on us! We want happy customers who are excited to have their own slice of America! |
(iv) I thought it was a free trip? Why do you have a $99 travel deposit?

It is a free trip! We simply require a good-faith travel deposit so that we know you are serious about visiting our home sites. |
(v) Do I get the travel deposit back if I do not purchase?

Of course! If, for any reason, you are not happy with the home sites, then we will completely refund your full deposit within 3 business days! No questions asked! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, like the thousands of people who have already bought a home site with NRPI. |
(vi) Where does the deposit go and is it safe?

Your money is completely safe. The travel deposit is put into a real estate trust account. If you decide to purchase a property we will apply your entire deposit towards the purchase
price of the property of your choice. If you don’t buy, we will give you a full refund! |
(vii) Is it safe to give you our credit card number over the phone or the INTERNET?

(viii) Are there any pre-payment penalties on loans? Can I get a lower interest rate?
